Baking and cooking with stevia can be challenging at times, due to the intense sweetness and the many different types of stevia available. In most cases, you can alter any baking recipe that calls for sugar to use stevia, but it does take some experimentation to get the amount just right. Unless you are using one of the newer products like Truvia, you should add a little at first, then add more to your taste.
