Using Stevia for Wrinkles

Stevia is the newest all natural sweeter to hit the market, you can buy it for consumption in many forms, including powders, extracts, drops and more. There are many recipes you can use Stevia in, but recently it was discovered to be an effective tool against anti-aging and wrinkles. Everybody wants to fight wrinkles and applying Stevia directly to your face will help tighten pores and keep your skin healthy. There's a few things you should know before you learn how to make a stevia mask:

If you want to try this new technique you should purchase Stevia in the powder form. It costs about $9.00 and is packaged in a four ounce bag. You should store it in a cool dry place to exposure to temperature extremes. It lasts about six months after you open it. Since it's an herb, it does not have any gluten in it. You can also purchase it in liquid form as an extract, this type of container will vary in cost depending on which brand you purchase. Stevia also comes in packets like many other familiar sugar substitutes.

Since Stevia is not normally used for external application, there are a few ways to use it. First, you can mix some water with the powder form to create a paste. Thickness will vary on the mixture, but it should have the same consistency of a mud mask or over of an over the counter facial cream. It is applied the same way as a cosmetic mask, some people leave it on for a few minutes to a 1/2 hour. Applying it to your facial area will not harm your pores, so a stevia mask is a good idea a few times a week or month. You can use a stevia face mask for anti-aging and to fight off wrinkles. Stevia masks are not yet available in stores, instead you have to buy the ingredients to make it yourself. You can also make a stevia leaf powder anti aging mask. Stevia leaf powder is the green form of stevia, which is basically just the dried leaves ground up. If you have a stevia plant at home, you can make your own stevia leaf powder from the plant's leaves. See our section on growing and cultivating stevia for more on how to do this properly.

You can also apply stevia in an elixir form from concentrated drops to certain parts of your face to tighten your pores. Some people use it under the eyes and on the eye lids to relieve the tired look you can get after a long day. It's best to apply the mask and then lie down. It's not required, but many people who do a facial routine might read a book or relax while it tightens their pores. You should leave it on between 30 and 60 minutes and then simply rinse it off. There are some Stevia face cream and Stevia facial products available that are clay based and water based, all are ready to use products, no mixing or measuring.

Of those who use Stevia as an anti-aging product or Stevia for wrinkles, many have found that it does tighten their pores and leave their skin feeling smoother than if they used a chemical product. Stevia is all natural and that allows for your skin to accept it more openly and not have to battle the chemicals that many over the counter products use. Over time, people who used Stevia as a nightly regimen noticed that they did not have as many wrinkles as people their own age. Another benefit is that Stevia helps to reduce sagging skin. A stevia face mask is simply an economical, effective way to fight wrinkles and for anti-aging effects. Stevia is also effective for treating acne, seborrhea, dermatitis and even eczema.

There is no age limit for the person who wants to tighten their skin, although many people who use it do so after seeing wrinkles and want something natural to combat them. Men and woman alike can use Stevia to fight wrinkles and have smoother skin. It does take getting some used to but after a while you should see a significant difference it your skin tone. The fact that you can use it to cook with and it helps fight wrinkles is a win-win for everybody.
