Stevia Side Effects

There are no known side effects of using Stevia. Stevia has been used for years in Japan as well as other countries in products ranging from pickles to soda, including the Japanese versions of Diet Coke with no apparent effects on users.

The herb Stevia has also been used for centuries in South America with no side effects reported.

Indeed, the purported "side effects" from Stevia are in fact, good side effects. Some studies have shown Stevia to have beneficial effects for the metabolism, blood pressure, blood sugar, diabetes and obesity. Though there have been no large scale studies as to these effects to this date.

In summary, Stevia side effects that are negative to the body have not been found.
