Stevia Vanilla Ice Cream

1/2 tsp concentrated stevia powder
1 cup regular milk
1 cup half and half
2 cups whipped cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

In medium saucepan, scald milk. Stir stevia concentrate into milk then remove from heat. Add in the remaining ingredients. Cover and freeze.
